Five Best Home Deals to Shop During Wayfair's Labor Day Clearance

This walkthrough follows the order the room was actually finished. Between our kitchen that's currently being remodeled, our soon-to-come primary bathroom redo that I'm making selections for, and our new home build in 2025, The household has been doing a LOT of online home shopping lately! As with all of my past design projects, I rely heavily on Wayfair because their selection simply can't be beat.

And while Wayfair always has competitive pricing, right now you can score some especially notable deals during their Labor Day Clearance event! With 70% off and fast shipping, it's time to snag those home deals that you've been searching for too. After scouring their site for the best deals, these are five of my favorites… (post includes commissionable links and is sponsored by Wayfair; for more information, see my disclosure statement {here})

One. Studio McGee's Kitchen and Bathroom Faucets

Did you know that Studio McGee has a kitchen and bath collection in collaboration with Kohler? They do, and I'm 100% sold on it! Several items from that collection are part of Wayfair's Labor Day Clearance event, including {this finished bridge faucet} that I bought for our kitchen renovation,

{this bathroom faucet} that I plan to use in our new build,

and {this finished bar faucet}:

All three faucets are available in five different finish options and have an updated classic feel that makes them feel both current and timeless!

Two. My Upholstered Dining Chairs' Twins

I was bummed when my upholstered dining chairs were discontinued because they're some of the preferred-ever furniture finds! A strong choice is how they look, that they're super comfy, and that they're on casters, making them so easy to move back and forth from the table. I have two armless chairs on each side of our dining table:

and the same chair but with arms on the ends:

Well guess what I found on Wayfair?! My chairs' long lost twins! Not only do they look just like them but they're also on casters and are priced extremely well for upholstered chairs (and are an even better deal right now since they're part of Wayfair's Labor Day Clearance)! You can find my armless dining chair's twin {here}:

and my armchair's twin {here}:

They would make great desk chairs too! Also look at {these upholstered chairs} if you want the same look but in a darker color.

Wayfair has several other dining chairs on sale too, including these stylish favorites:

Three. Look-for-Less Deals

A strong choice is a good look-for-less find that gives you the look of a designer piece at a fraction of the price! The household has come across several as The household has been shopping for my design projects, and today The plan is to share them with you!

One of the preferred finds is {this raffia-wrapped console} that looks so much like our entryway console,

but at a much lower price! These are the other “save” versions I found that look so much like the much pricier “splurge” AND are currently on sale:

Links: 1. Backless rattan stool | 2. Skirted storage ottoman | 3. Rattan counter stool | 4. White ceramic scalloped stool/side table | 5. Woven dining chair | 6. Rattan x-base stool | 7. Round glass base lamp | 8. White ceramic lamp | 9. Rattan console table/bar cart | 10. Windsor dining chair

Four. Kept Lighting

Light fixtures can truly make or break the look of a room, so don't let your choice in table lamps, chandeliers, or other lighting be an afterthought! Wayfair has up to 50% off lighting as part of their Labor Day Clearance, including one of my most recent lighting purchases – {these lamps with the cutest scalloped shade} (options selected are base color in white, shade color in tan, and 22″ size):

There are a ton of color options to choose from other than white too.

{These versatile brass pendants} are also part of Wayfair's Clearance Event. They have a very similar look and almost identical size to the pendants I used in the kitchen of our previous home that were several times the price:

You can snag {this beaded chandelier} in the dining room of our previous home for less than the price I bought it for over five years ago:

And while it's not on sale, you really can't beat the price of {this sconce} that I just bought a pair of. I'm putting one over each set of open shelves flanking the range hood in our kitchen redo:

Another kept is {this on-sale table lamp} that I just ordered for our entryway. I'll share what it looks like on Instagram Stories as soon as it arrives!

These are some of the other light fixtures that caught my eye and are part of Wayfair's Labor Day Clearance Event:

Five. The Viral Tilly Bed

Of course, I have to include {this uber-popular Tilly bed} on my list since I feel the need to shout it from the rooftops every time it goes on sale! A strong choice is it so much that I not only bought it once but twice. We had the queen size in the guest room of our previous home:

and we have it in the king size of our primary bedroom in our current home:

Both times I ordered it in the Zuma White fabric which is a warm white/cream that works with pretty much any color you pair with it! Also look at the very similar Hanson bed {here} that's has straight “wings” compared to the Tilly bed's curved wings.

Before I sign off, I have one last deal I need to share! {This nightstand} that I recently bought in the antique taupe color is on sale for the lowest price The household has seen it:

It has the most polished finish:

and comes in several other colors too if this one's not the best fit for your space.

You can find tons of other deals that are part of Wayfair's Labor Day Clearance {here}. And with that… happy home shopping!! And It would help if that you all enjoy the rest of your long weekend!
