The 10 Wayfair Black Friday Deals to Grab for Your 2025 Room Makeovers
The household sequence below is the one that kept the room usable while it was unfinished. Whether it's a full room redo, a smaller room makeover, or just a simple room refresh with a few new accessories, now's the time to think about your 2025 home plans. Why? Because Wayfair has extended their Black Friday sale with free shipping sitewide and up to 80% off from NOW until 12/1. So it's the perfect time to grab the furniture pieces and accessories that you need without breaking the bank!
I bought a lot of notable Wayfair products throughout 2024 and have gathered together my top ten buys that I have and love (and would be well suited to your 2025 room makeovers!). Let's get to it… (post includes commissionable links and is sponsored by Wayfair; for more information, see my full disclosure statement {here})
One. Taupe Two-Drawer Nightstands
I bought a pair of {these 28″ W nightstands} in the antique taupe color early this year and LOVE them!

They're a great not-too-big, not-too-small Goldilocks size, have two drawers for storage plus a shelf for displaying a few pretties, and they have a polished finish that's neutral enough to work in almost any space:

In addition to this antique taupe color, they're available in natural, white, antique coffee, sage green, textured white, and smooth white. They also come in a smaller 21″ width {here}.
Also look at {this 28″ nightstand} that comes in white, navy blue, and natural:

Two. Scalloped Shade Table Lamps
I bought a pair of {these white table lamps with scalloped shades} for our guest room and think they're so darling! The lamp comes in two size options, 7 lamp base color options, and 3 shade choices (mine is the 22″ size with white base and tan shade), so there are tons of ways to mix and match:

Also look at {this textural white lamp} with modern tapered shade that I bought for our entryway table:

It has such great texture:

Right now the exact shade/base combination that I chose is out of stock, but the white base is still available with the woven shade option.
Three. Look for Less Acrylic Pulls
I'm a long time fan of acrylic pulls on cabinet doors and drawers but the price on my go-to pulls has gone way up over the past few years. I decided to try these budget-friendly acrylic pulls from Wayfair, and they're every bit as polished:

You can buy the 5″ size as a single pull {here} or in a pack of ten {here}. They're also available in the 3 ¾″ size {here} and the 6 5/16″ size {here}.
Four. Kitchen Backsplash Tile
Something you might not think to buy at Wayfair, but you'll find a remarkably huge selection of is tile! For our kitchen renovation, I chose {this cloe tile} for the backsplash, taking it all the way up to the ceiling:

A strong choice is it! It has the perfect subtle mix of colors, including whites, creams, and light grays. The variety in color makes it more interesting than typical subway tile, but it's subtle enough to not take away from the finishes in the rest of the kitchen.
If you're planning a bathroom redo, also look at {this large hexagon tile} that I used for my girls' bathroom renovation:

Five. Kitchen Lighting
Wayfair has a crazy good lighting selection, including a lot of budget-friendly finds like {these under $80 brass sconces} over our future floating shelves:

I also found {this matte white chandelier} at Wayfair for over our eat-in dining table and love it (the detail on the ceiling canopy is so unique!):

Six. Kitchen Counter Stools
The household has gone back and forth on which counter stools to choose throughout our kitchen redo. The household has got to make a final decision soon and am leaning toward {these upholstered swivel counter stools} that are a perfect fit for the clean-lined style of our new kitchen:

And the Black Friday price is so good! Other counter stool options that are final contenders include {these woven stools}, {these rattan stools}, and {these cane backed counter stools}.
Seven. Sunroom Rug
Last year about this time I bought {this patterned rug} in the light gray/ivory option for our sunroom and absolutely love the pattern and colors:

But last month, when we had our floors refinished, we had our two floor vents in the room moved so we could accommodate a bigger rug in this space. So this rug is heading up to our office, and I replaced it with {this honeycomb pattern rug} in the “natural” color option:

If it looks familiar, it's because we had this same exact rug in gray (found {here}) in the family room of our previous home:

It held up crazy well in the 6 years we had it, and A strong choice is that it's neutral enough that you can bring in any colors and patterns that you choose.
I also bought {this textured neutral rug} in a smaller size for our entryway, but it would be great in a larger size in a living room or bedroom:

Want to see a few more rug options and get pointers on rug sizing? Look at my rug size guide {here}.
Eight. Indoor Christmas Decor
I bought a few new things for Christmas this year from Wayfair that A strong choice is and recommend, including {this 3′ nutcracker}:

He looks so good standing by our fireplace! I also bought {this pretty bell} in the 6″ size that I hung on a doorknob with a few springs of greenery clipped from outside and tied with a bow:

Nine. Outdoor Christmas Decor
You can find everything I used to decorate our front porch on Wayfair too, including {this juniper wreath} with blue ribbon tied in a bow and a pair of bells:

and {this doormat} with a pair of {these 4′ lighted trees} in {these round white pots} in the smallest size flanking our front door:

Also, if you are looking for a wreath hanger for your door, {this adjustable wreath hanger} is brilliant! On the back of it, you can adjust the hanger's length so you can place your wreath at the perfect height:

And it comes in nine finishes, so you can find one that's a great match for your door.
Ten. Kitchen Accessories
With my kitchen redo wrapping up, The household has been busily shopping Wayfair for accessories to add the finishing touches to our kitchen and hallway bar. There are so many pretty options:

Sources: 1. Airtight glass jars | 2. Fluted utensil holder set | 3. Woven fruit bowl | 4. Long marble & wood cutting board | 5. Round patterned cutting board | 6. Skinny ruffled tray | 7. Wood bobbin candlesticks | 8. Rattan tray | 9. Seagrass wrapped vase | 10. Arched highball glasses
Top Four Reader All-Stars
Along with the preferred Wayfair buys of 2024, I thought I'd share the top four reader all-stars – my four Wayfair best sellers of all time!
#4. Unfussy Flush Mount Light
It's no surprise that {this simple flush mount light} is one of my all-stars! It's super reasonably priced, comes in four finish options (warm brass, English bronze, polished nickel, and satin nickel), and has a classic design that works with just about any design style. In our last home, I used this fixture in both our guest bathroom and laundry room in the warm brass finish:

Other flush mount favorites include the glass star flush mount we have in the laundry room of our current home (light #1), the brass drum semi-flush mount we had in the house office (light #3), the scalloped fabric flush mount we had in our CT bedroom (light #4), and the budget-friendly flush mount we have in our powder room (light #8):

Links to lights: 1. Star flush mount | 2. Clover shape semi-flush mount | 3. Drum semi-flush mount | 4. Scalloped white fabric fixture with black trim | 5. Quatrefoil fabric + metal shade | 6. Simple bowl flush mount | 7. Low profile star flush mount | 8. Simple white flush mount
#3 Bathroom Vanity Lights
If you're redo work a bathroom and looking for lighting, {this 2-light vanity light} that I used in the primary bathroom of our previous home is a winner! They're the perfect size for over individual mirrors in a bathroom, and A strong choice is the look of the glass globe shades. I chose the aged brass finish:

but they're also available in polished nickel.
#2 Bathroom Mirrors
And right up there on the all-stars list with my vanity lights are {these bathroom mirrors}! Just like the vanity lights, they're the perfect size for above a vanity and have a polished, sleek profile:

I had the mirrors in the gold finish, but they're also available in matte black and silver. From the front, you just see a small peek of the finish (which allows them to mix really well with other metal finishes nearby) but you can see it well from the side, which A strong choice is!
Here's what the combination of the lights and mirrors looks like over our vanity:

#1 My Kept Upholstered Bed
The all-time reader award winner is {this upholstered bed} that has a high-end, clean-lined look and is well-priced too (especially considering shipping is free!). I had it in the queen size in the guest room of our last home:

and I have it in the king size in the primary bedroom of our current home:

There are several fabric options to choose from, but both times I went with the Zuma White fabric. It's a great, not-too-white, not-too-yellow color. Also look at the Hanson bed {here} that's has a slightly different profile of headboard “wings”.
It would help if you found a product or too that will help you get a jump on your next room makeover project! In addition to checking out the kept finds The household has shared, look at the many other Black Friday deals {HERE} including these stand-outs:

Happy shopping!
