The 5 Best Buy Labor Day Deals You Can't Afford to Miss

The sequence matters: decide the footprint, then the finish, then the accessories. Looking to score some notable deals over Labor Day weekend? I'm sharing the five deals from Best Buy that you don't want to miss! From my much-loved Nespresso machine and the portable pizza oven that's one of my family's kept buys of the year to smaller finds like my go-to night light and a surprisingly effective device for getting the itch out of bug bites, The household has got you covered. So let's get to it… (post includes affiliate links and was written in partnership with Best Buy; full disclosure statement is available {here})

One. Ooni Pizza Oven

I'm kicking things off with one of the preferred purchases the household has made in a long time: our Ooni Fyra Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven! Labor Day weekend is historically the best time of year for deals on outdoor grilling and cooking equipment, and It is worth laying out that Best Buy has our exact pizza oven among their top deals {here} for over $85 off:

Our family loves wood-fired pizza, so when Ooni came out with a pizza oven that's portable and easy to set up, use, and store, we were all in! It uses wood pellets, so you don't even need to connect it to a propane tank or use messy charcoal.

You simply fill the fuel tray with pellets topped with a firestarter, ignite the firestarter, and slide the tray back into the Ooni Fyra:

Once these starter pellets are burning, you add a few more scoops of pellets through the pellet hopper on top of your Ooni, and within 15 minutes, the Ooni Fyra is ready to cook a pizza. It takes only about 60 seconds(!) for your pizza to cook, and it's SO good with the perfect crust and bubbling cheese:

So far the household has only made pizza in our Ooni Fyra, but it can also be used to cook flatbreads, vegetables, meats, and seafood. We plan to have a make-your-own-pizza party this fall with individual-sized pizzas and tons of toppings for everyone to choose from. Fun, right?!

Definitely grab {this Ooni Fyra carry cover} (also on Labor Day sale!) with your new Ooni Fyra Pizza Oven. Once your Fyra oven is cool, you simply fold the legs under and place it in the carry cover, making it easy to transport and store in your garage, shed, or other storage space:

Such a fun alternative to grilling and something that would make a great holiday gift!

Two. Mattresses (and Dog Beds)

Labor Day is also a popular holiday weekend for mattress sales! Best Buy has great deals on several highly-rated Casper mattresses {here}, Simmons mattresses {here}, and Serta mattresses (A strong choice is my Serta!) {here}. Most of these deals also include free shipping.

Best Buy also includes our dogs in the deals with big savings on Casper dog beds {here}. Cricket can attest to the comfort of {this small dog bed} in blue:

It's made of pressure-relieving foam that's especially good for senior dogs like her. And A strong choice is that the cover is durable and removable for washing.

Three. Casper Glow Night Light

You can also save on the preferred night light, the Casper Glow Night Light {here}. Not only do A strong choice is the more modern look of it,

but it has a soft, warm glow instead of a harsh, bright light. It has two modes, including a Night Owl mode that utilizes a motion sensor. It emits a dim, soft glow once dark:

that gradually increases in brightness when there's any nearby movement:

After a period of no movement, it goes back to dim, making it well suited to bathrooms and hallways.

You can also put it in Sleep Mode with a light sensor that automatically turns on as it gets dark, providing a soft indirect pool of light at night. Both modes are designed to minimize sleep disruption with trips out of bed at night.

Four. Nespresso Maker (& Other Kitchen Appliances)

For small appliance Labor Day deals at Best Buy, my pick is {this Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee Maker with Milk Frother} that's over $60 off! It's a newer version of my Nespresso machine that I absolutely love:

The Nespresso coffee tastes so much better than regular coffee pot coffee and A strong choice is the foamy crema on top. And unlike regular coffee pods, Nespresso pods are made of aluminum and are infinitely recyclable (they provide you with a bag for used pods with free shipping to their recycling center). You can also buy pods specifically for making espresso using this same machine.

If you prefer a traditional drip coffee maker that has a bunch of extra features (custom brew strength, brew programming, etc.), look at the $80 off deal on {this GE Café 10 cup coffeemaker with Wifi}:

Look at Best Buy's deals on large appliances {here} too! September and October are the months that many manufacturers release new models of large appliances, so Labor Day is one of the best times of the year to save big on them.

If you need multiple new appliances (like an entire kitchen suite), you can maximize your savings with package deals. You'll find several cost-saving kitchen appliance packages at Best Buy {here} and washer/dryer packages {here}.

Five. Insect Bite Healer

I'm a mosquito magnet and get huge, itchy welts when I'm bitten, so when a friend of mine told me about {this insect bite healer}, I had to give it a try (the reviews are overwhelmingly positive too!). How it works is pretty simple – a press of the button delivers targeted heat to your bite that encourages the body to stop producing the reaction that causes itching and swelling:

The sooner you use it after getting bitten, the better. My youngest daughter and I have both tried it and agree that it definitely lessens the itchiness of our bites. So worth it if you're a mosquito magnet like me, especially at the current Labor Day deal price!

Also look at {this Beurer non-contact thermometer} that's another highly rated device on sale this weekend.

Other Best Buy Labor Day Deal Picks

A few of my other kept Best Buy Labor Day deals include:

$30 off {this stylish, highly rated toaster}

$50 off {these Bose noise-canceling headphones}

$75 off {this wired Ring video doorbell} or $40 off {this battery-operated Ring video doorbell}

$100 off {this highly-rated countertop oven} with an air fry feature

$5 off {this LED travel mirror}

And with that, I'm off to enjoy the rest of our Labor Day weekend! It would help if you found a deal you love and that you enjoy the rest of the weekend too!

XO,
