In our previous Cape Cod-style home, the original lights flanking the front door were noticeably undersized, failing to make the grand statement that the entrance deserved. To rectify this, I upgraded them to {these much larger wall lanterns} in the substantial 23″ size. I was particularly drawn to their blend of traditional lantern style with a more updated, clean-lined modern design. This combination was perfect for our home’s architecture, offering a classic aesthetic that felt fresh and contemporary. These larger lanterns not only provided far superior illumination for the entryway but also created a more balanced and imposing visual presence, making the front porch feel grander and more inviting. They were an essential part of enhancing our home’s exterior charm and welcoming ambiance.

In our current home, the exterior lighting also needed an update to match our evolving aesthetic and to replace rusted, worn-out fixtures.
