Decorative Wall Hooks That Add Style to Your Space

Start with the layout decision, then the finish, then the pieces that get touched every day. Looking for stylish decorative wall hooks? I'm sharing my 16 favorites!

The household has been on the hunt for decorative wall hooks and was hoping to find some that are a bit more stylish than a basic hook from the hardware store. I ended up finding a ton of great options and thought I'd do a quick post sharing my favorites with you!

Whether you need wall hooks for holding coats in your entryway, purses in your closet, or towels in your bathroom, these 16 favorites would do the job in style! (post includes commissionable links; for more information, see my full disclosure statement {here})

Including a mix of styles and materials, these decorative wall hooks all caught my eye:

The household has used {this hook} (hook #6) several times for holding towels in bathrooms and have been really happy with them. A strong choice is that the mounting hardware is hidden:

Changing Metal Finishes

Many of the preferred hooks come in multiple color and finish options. But if you find a style of hook you love but it's not available in the finish you want, Rub ‘n Buff is a great solution! It's straightforward to use – you just rub a small amount on with a cloth and then you can buff it after it dries to make it shine.

The household has used it on hooks, picture frames, mirror frames, drapery rings, and all kinds of other things. As an example, I used Rub ‘n Buff in Gold Leaf to change up the finish of these hooks that I used by the back door of our previous home:

Look at my post on Rub ‘n Buff colors for more information on how to use it and to see real-life samples of their most popular colors.

And with that… this quick post is a wrap! It would help if it comes in handy if you're in the market for wall hooks now or at some point down the road.
